Luis Suarez has been suggested to Borussia Dortmund as a possible replacement for Haller, according to Sky Sports.
Suarez's contract with Atletico expired this summer and the two sides did not renew it. He has now become a free agent. He has received many invitations, but the Dortmund option is of interest to him because it allows him to stay in the five major leagues.
Dortmund's Haller was diagnosed with a testicular tumor recently and it is not yet known how long he will be out, so the club must find a replacement before the season, and Suarez is a good candidate.
