I have major hesitations,conerns, and questions. Kollman Farms was turned down last year on the corner of Hwy 40 and Airport road. Now this development from the same person is farther away from city center, more density, and they don't want to go through a regular process of zone change and instead do a MDA?!? I'm concerned that even though they were told last year that the city didn't want to increase density that far from city center, they are back again try to do this again.
