All comments will be read aloud during the open comment portion of the Public Hearing and will be included as part of the permanent public records for this meeting.

We have concerns about the North Village Crossing development
The proposed outdoor parking does not comply with the intent of the T3 Zone.
The NVOD clearly states that the T3 Zone is intended for low intensity primarily single family uses consisting of twin homes and single family homes.
The T3 Zone allows for 3 ERU’s per acre.
The open space for this project is clustered all in one space that doesn’t benefit abutters and does not comply with the requirements of the NVOD.
