    There was a promise made that apartments would not be a part of this when the anneation was being made.
    The trade of 68 market rate units and 7 affordable units of density does not make sense for a net 0.52 acres of park space.
    the added 150 surface parking spaces (108 for the apartments) and vehicles are not part of the trafficstudy that was done.
    there is not adequate parking around the park space. The "fishing pond will cover most of the added space.
    Planning Com. determined it isn't worth it
